COACHING TYPES

Coaching can be done in the following forms:

Face to Face Coaching
You and the Psych-cess coach meet at the coach’s office at 331 Alberta Drive in Amherst
Or at your location

Telephone Coaching
You and the Psych-cess coach have scheduled coaching sessions via the telephone

On Call Coach
You and the Psych-cess coach have coaching sessions when you need them
Most of the time the coach can get back to you within a few hours
Some exceptions apply

Internet Coaching
You and the Psych-cess coach meet over the web using email for sessions
